WiFi not service
hi I have a netzer router model R6700v2 However, the Internet is not a problem, but the router is No work not service router and WiFi not service too
You didn't tell us much other than your router and it doesn't work.
1. what firmware is on it?
2. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
3. what are the led's on it doing? all of them. color/blinking/etc
4. are you able to access it via a hardwired connection and see its status page and whats going on?
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
