Wifi not working, model number C7000v2

All of a sudden the Wi-Fi stopped working at home. Power cycling hasn’t worked, hard reset hasn’t worked either. Power, Wi-Fi On/Off, Ethernet, and WPS LEDs are solid green but downstream, upstream, Internet, and both Wi-Fi (2.4Ghz and 5 GHz) LEDs are amber.

If you have reset and pulled the power adapter and nothing seems to happen, possible the wifi radios on the modem are bad.

    Couple of options,

    1. Disable the wifi radios on the modem and install a external wifi AP system. EX or EAX or any Orbi or Nighthawk MESH systems working in AP mode will work.

    2. Configure the modem for modem only mode then install a external wifi router, any Orbi or Nighthawk MESH system for a new router and wifi system.

    3. Find something entirely new.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Cable modems and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
