WiFi not working. Power light blinking, factory reset button not working.
Only had a year and no damage whatsoever has been done to it. Honestly feels like I've been scammed.

A blinking power light is a bad sign. It suggests that the firmware on your router is corrupt. There are ways to mend this. Start here:
