WIFI not working

Hello, my wifi suddenly stopped working, wifi network no longer to be found. The modem is online. The wifi 2.4g light is on. Tried to reset it several times without success. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

    What tells you that?

     

    "Not working" could mean many things.

     

    What tells you that the wifi source is down rather than that the wifi clients aren't to blame?

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    Check the section in the manual

    Troubleshoot With the LEDs.

    You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
