What version of FW did you upgrade too?
Do a factory reset on the router. Either from the routers web page or the back button.
Check to see after the reset if your devices sees the default NG SSID names listed. Should see two. If so, go in and set up new SSIDs and give new PWs.
Ensure that each radio is enabled as well under Advanced/Advanced settings/Wireless settings.

WiFi switched off by hardware button? Check what the cat is doing overnight.
R9000 v1.0.3.10 does reliably keep the WiFi up and running here - and I've not seen many similar reports, too.

Don't have a cat! :-)
Router has been on the entire time.
Lost it from one day to another, could even be during the day as I didn't check this morning (I'm in GMT +1 timezoon)

Ok, we're in the same time zone.
The WiFi button/LED (second LED from the right) and the 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 60GHz LEDs are on?

They do!
Works fine now after the HW reset.
You say that you haven't seen any reports of this error on V1.0.3.10.
How about previous versions...?
