What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Any router LED colors being seen on the router when this happens?
Do both wired and wireless devices get dropped or can't access internet services when this happens?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?

My ISP modem is a Spectrum Model E31U2V1
It seems to be dropping just WiFi devices and I am not observing it dropping all wireless devices when this happens. It seems individual wireless devices lose their connection. When this happens there is no change on the WiFi Router LED lights.
On 2.4Ghz Channel is currently set to AUTO
On 5 Ghz Channel is currently set to 153 (choices are 36,40,44,48, 149,153,157, 161)
I have Enable Smart Connect - to let the router intelligently select the best WiFi band 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz for my WiFi connection
I have neighbors around me who have WiFi through their own ISPs if that is what you are asking
I have tried power cycling both the Modem and Router. And this was after any firmware update, which wasn't recent.

You can disable this and see if this helps any.
I have neighbors around me who have WiFi through their own ISPs if that is what you are asking< How many? Possibly that having too many wifi neighbors is causing wifi noise and interferences with the router. Also try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
I have tried power cycling both the Modem and Router. And this was after any firmware update, which wasn't recent. MIght try a factory reset and setup from scratch as well.

After power cycling everything, connection was steady for a few days with no drops. Yeserday the WiFi dropped several times.
I downloaded WiFi Analyzer app for Android and it showed overlap on the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels I was currently on. Based on the analyzer I move 2.4 to channel 1 and moved 5ghz to 161. Note: I tried moving 5 ghz to 48, but got a pop-ip message stating "Netgear recommends setting 5 ghz to between 147 and 161.
I will note if these changes make a difference.
