You might try an older firmware. NG has messed it up in recent releases. If I recall correctly, .42 version is still a recommended one

Thank you. I will google or youtube to figure how to update the firmware. Somehow with the Nighthawk app, I thought it would automatically update the firmware.

Wifi signals still drop daily. I have tried 1/2 of the different channels already. Will try the remaining and give update.
So far, still super unhappy with this Nighthawk. It is so not what it claims and poor customer support from Netgear.
Clearly Netgear does not expend any money to monitor the Community Support forums since it wants you to pay for the phone support.
Oh well... lesson learned. Not going to buy any more Netgear products in the future.
