Try disabling smart connect and test each band to see what each band speed you get.

thank you for the insight....here are the results when disabling "Smart Connect"
2.4Ghz showed 60Mbps
5 Ghz-1 showed 330 Mbps
5 Ghz-2 showed 300 Mbps
using the above mentioned channels.
What does this mean?

Seems like you're getting full speeds then. 2.4ghz is a slow band and suffers from interference. But it broadcasts further and through more materials. So it tends to get used with things like IoT devices or devices that don't need much speed. Maybe smart connect had the XR on the 2.4ghz band and was having interference. You can try re-enabling smart connect and see if it balances things out but if it doesn't, you can always disable it.
