Win 7 usb control center guest account won't print

Hi

I have an issue when trying to print from a guest account on which the USB CONTROL CENTER is installed on the admin account.  I can print from the admin account, but not the guest account.  Interestingly, when I try to print from the guest account and nothing happents, if I log off, and then log onto the admin account the document prints.  I have looked to solve this problem but have yet to find the answer.  This is my last hope!

    Hi bugslovertoo,

     

    Check your Guest account as it might have restrictions with local network.

      The account name I gave was misleading.  It is a standard user account .  I checked the internet properties and saw that the network connection was, for some reason, a public network.  I changed it to home, since it is my home, and voila!  I can print.
