Windows 11 Pro cannot access Readyshare on Netgear R9000 router

I setup readyshare with a WD external hard drive to my Netgear R9000 router. My MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, Windows 10 Home, Windows 11 Home can access to the readyshare. However, my laptop with Windows 1...

Do you have SMBv1 enabled on your laptop?

    Thanks for your quick response. I tried this before, it did not resolve the issue.

      In that case, if everything else on your R9000 network is fine with ReadySHARE, something else in WINDOWS that is blocking your access.

       

      Windows 11 happily works with ReadySHARE here.

        Hi michaelkenward,

        Before my vacation it worked just fine, during vacation I connected with couple different hotel wifis, then went back home this issue has happened. Do you or anyone have similar issue, please give me a hint?
