Windows XP settings for wireless connection

Think Pad, Windows XP recognizes the wireless network but can't connect to the internet.  The message displayed: Windows was unable to find a certificate to log you to the network.......".

What are theWireless Connection Properties for all three tabs: general, wireless networks and advanced that should be chosen for this particular OS and router?

System requirements for netgear product does list XP, so there should be a way to fix this error.
