Wireless upload is super slow

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Did this issue recently start or is the router a new purchase?
Are you using IPv6?
It is connected to an Arris TM1602 cable model that in turn is connected to Charter Spectrum internet.
I've had the router for a couple years and don't remember if the problem started then or if it is a new issue. Normally I wouldn't notice but I was trying to upload a couple medium size files (50-150MB) and noticed that it was taking forever. One it was done, I performed the tests above.
IPv6 is disabled (Router web page > Advanced > Advanced Setup > IPv6 > Disabled.
Try enabling ipv6 and see it if helps
