Have you tried installing the Brother iPrint&Scan application from the Google Play Store on your phone?

Brother iPrint&Scan can't locate the printer.

Have you downloaded the manual and read chapter 11 on sharing a USB printer?
Sharing a USB printer requires use of the Netgear ReadySHARE utility for computers. Not the smoothest approach to sharing a printer on the network.
You may not have a path to print from a phone without a network capable printer.

I use readyshare vault.
I can print smoothly through the R7000 from a Windows 10 wireless and Windows 10 Ethernet. But the Android doesn't see the printer even though it is on the same wireless workgroup as the router and the Windows computers.

The computers print via the ReadySHARE utility. There is a ReadyCLOUD utility for phones but it apparently does not support printing.
There may not be a path to print from a phone unless your printer is connected to the network via an ethernet cable. i.e. you can't get there from here.
