WNA1100 Trying to use setup cd on windows 2000 dell dimension L700cx desktop

what actually are you having an issue with?
The WNA1100 is a quite old N150 device.

Quite old? I'd say ancient.
It dates back to 2009, when we all owned CD-ROM drives, and does not promise to work in Windows 10, let alone 11.
But if it does work, then there is a small chance that it will not need drivers from Netgear and will run with the Windows native drivers.
The challenge can be to get Windows 10 to recognise the USB bit. And that may be down to whoever made the PC you want to install it on.
