WNDR4300v2 attached devices

I have 30+ devices on my network but I can only see 22 device in this application. Any suggestions

    Are you using the app? logging in through the browser? Using genie? 

    How are you seeing this? 

    What firmware version are you on? 

    What modem/gateway are you connected to?

      Login through the browser

      V1.0.0.60

      Netgear CM500 to Spectrum

      I have also tried genie with the same results

        are the devices not working? 

        have you tried a factory reset and reinstall?
