WPN824N - MY PHONE CONNECT TO IT FOR WIFI BUT THE UTUBE DOES NOT FEED CONTINUOUS. IT KEEPS PAUSING

MY WPN824N - IS MY WIFI VIA MY CELL PHONE BUT THE YOUTUBE DOES NOT FEED CONTINUOUS. IT KEEPS PAUSING. I AM WONDERING IF THIS A ROUTER PROBLEM OR WHAT.  I HAVE TWO CELLS THAT CONNECT TO THIS ROUTER AND THEY BOTH BVEHAVE THE SAME.  WHEN I CLICK ON A VIDEO, IT TAKES FOREVER TO COME UP AND THEN IT INTERUPTS AND SEEMS TO CONTINUE TO RELOAD.  THE RESULT IS CONSTANT START-STOP-START-STOP.

JUST LET ME KNOW IF I AM RIGHT OR NOT.

    That is a really old router from 2009 that was a base model at that time 12 years ago. 

    A really basic N150 router with 10/100mbps ports. 

    What speeds do you pay for from your ISP? 

    Unless its pretty low dsl speeds, I'd highly recommend upgrading to a newer router versus troubleshooting it. 

    If you do pay for low speeds, that'd be the explaination for why its buffering.
