X10 R9000 not reading USB Drives?
I've tried both a Samsung T7 portable SSD and a Seagate external 8tb drive. I've even tried partitioning the 8tb drive into two 4tb values. None of these are showing the drive as picked up, but the drives show powered. The SSD has a blue light which is what normally displays when connected to PC directly. If it shows a red light it supposedly doesn't work. The Seagate's logo lights up solid which should mean its picked up, but the router isn't working properly. I'm on Firmware 1.0.5.40.

Can you try a small USB thumb flash drive, something 8-64Gb size and see if this is seen by the router?
