I have a similar issue. Just updated because I got a new modem and 1 g. Now can’t factory reset, wifi is trash, NAT on Xbox is now moderate. No issues with Xbox plugged into modem no issues at all. I can not factory reset ANY way, not button, not trying to login on and do it. Not through nighthawk app.
- I left it unplugged overnight and was able to restore to factory defaults again.
