X4

I can't connect to my X4. The router name does not appear on the list of available WiFis. Only the first two LEDs are out, for power and internet. The other LEDs are not out, including not the 2.4 and 5 ghz lights. I have tried the simple option of turning it on and off. Any other suggestions?

    Reset the router to factory default.
