If you can't hardwire it in with ethernet, might check out a powerline adapter or a MoCa adpter (ethernet over coax).

What actual router is it from spectrum? Some of their newer ones are getting the options for adding satellites.
The model number on the installed wi-fi 7 router is SBE1V1K or SBE1V1R. If by satellite you mean their extender pods, yeah... I tried one for about a couple of three weeks and it really didn't improve the throughput or make any noticeable difference because the devices in the dark side of the house were still showing a noticeable degradation of service
