After the reset, I tested the wireless and then wired connection and get the same error.
What error do you get?
When accessing the listed URLs, the browser ( Safari, Firefox, Opera,Chrome ) stated the page could not be displayed because the server wasn't responding.
What are the led's on it doing?
Once the X6 is turned on, the Power LED turns on, the Internet LED flashes and then turns on once the 2.4 GHz and the two 5 GHz LEDs turn on. The 1, 2, 3, 4 LEDs also turn on. Then nothing, even when trying to hit the listed URLs.

With the R8000 disconnected from everything, try a 30-30-30 reset on the router. Only LEDs that should come ON is the power and WiFi LEDs with nothing connected to it.
Once the last reset completes, give 1 minute and connect one ethernet PC to the LAN port of there router. Check the PCs networking configuration and see if it get a 192.168.1.x IP address from the router. If it does, try 192.168.1.1 in a web browser.
