X6S ac3600 ethernet ports not working

None of the ports work. Port2 is solid amber. Port3 blinks slowly. Internet light off. If I plug Cat6 directly into my laptop, blazing internet.
Tried:
Turning off for 2 days.
Reset button, maybe 5 times now.
Feedback loop (nada)
Lighting a candle
Standing on my hands and kissing a seminude clown also standing on clown hands. This was actually as effective as any previous effort and far more interesting.
I need help (not with the clown ).
