what modem/gateway is the router connected to from your ISP?
- Its a Calix Gigapoint GP1100X. Was provided by them because I guess it is a "fiber optic" router that is necessary for their service to work properly.
Are you able to log into the gigapoint and put the netgears IP address into its dmz? its has some of its own routing functions built into it
