Any recent changes to your router (updated firmware, changes in settings, etc?)
Are you able to connect to the router while the internet light is amber? If so, you should be able to download the latest firmware available from Netgear's website and update and/or rollback if you've recently update before the issue. Edit to clarify: You can connect your PC to your modem to download the firmware update then connect to your router to manually update the firmware.
Have you attempted to replace the ethernet cabling/verify the existing cabling is functioning properly? It's rare, but they do break as well.
As a last resort if you can reset the router back to factory settings. If this step fails, I believe the hardware itself has failed and it's time for replacement.
