Differenza router d7000 e d7000v2?
Volevo sapere le differenze tra il d7000 e d7000v2 e quale e meglio. Sul retro sono differenti il d7000 ha un attacco rosso che il d7000v2 nn ha perché? Sulla scatola del 7000 ha 1 Gghz che sul d7000v...

Benvenuto nella Community.
Esternamente ci sono meno porte sul pannello posteriore, in totale 4 porte ethernet di cui 1 condivisa con WAN
Delle due porte USB presenti, una è 2.0 e l'altra 3.0, mentre su D7000 sono entrambe 3.0
Internamente usa chipset di produzione Intel che permette l'offload delle operazioni Wireless e quindi di avere migliori performance.

The D7000v2 seems to be a lower-cost revision to the original D7000.
I don't know what all the differences are.

Red connectors cost money. For a non-DSL connection on the D7000v2,
you apparently use the LAN-4/Internet port instead of a dedicated (red)
"Internet" port.
I say "apparently", because the pictures in the D7000v2 User Manual
are not very clear, and the picture for non-DSL service ("Figure 7.
Modem router cabling for cable or fiber service") on page 26 looks
exactly the same as the picture for DSL service ("Figure 6. Modem router
cabling for DSL service") on page 22. In the plain/v1 D7000 User
Manual, Figure 6 and Figure 7 also exist, but look different (as they
should).
The firmware appears to be different, too, so the firmware bugs on
the D7000v2 are probably different from those on the plain/v1 D7000.
