Buongiorno. Ho acquistato la smart cam ma nell' aggiornamento del software mi da il seguente errore 0x64. Il Call center Premium nn ha risolto. Il mio modem è il D6000.Questo l'ho trovato nelle faq d...
La cam la associo e la collego e subito mi dice che devo fare l'aggiornamento e da qui mi da l'errore. La chiave è giusta e la modalità è 145

provi ad effettuare l'aggiornamento in altro ambiente e/o con altro modem.
