EXTENDER nessun accesso ad Internet

Ciao a tutti da poco ho acquistato Sky WiFi e ho provato a collegare l'extender Netgear per raggiungere copertura nel sotterraneo.
L'extender ha preso il nome della rete Sky ma sembra non accedere ad internet e non mi permette di entrare nel url myWiFiext.com, né. Net, né Local, né con l'indirizzo IP.
Chiedo a qualcuno se avere già risolto il problema

    Avrei bisogno di avere maggiori informazioni inerenti al suo problema.

     

    Vorrei chiederle se ha già provato a pulire cache and cookies oppure ad usare un altro web browser.

     

    Inoltre le chiederei se ha provato a seguire l'articolo kb Netgear: "I can’t access www.mywifiext.net; what do I do?".
