What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Can you take a picture of the modem and posted please? Back ethernet ports please.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Be aware that most ISP modems only support having 1 router connected, thus you can't have two routers connected.

Thanks for your reply.
I I did posted a pic just now.
I did try a couple of cables. One new and one from another working device.
Neither made a difference.
I have tried power cycles several times. I can't be sure I did one in the exact sequence you recommended but I'll do that as soon as I can and post the results.
