Access Control Shows Device Both Connected & Not Connected

I posted a problem with the router's access control page that lists the same devices in both the allowed and online section and the allowed not online section. I received a private message from someone at Netgear and I responded with screenshots and more information. This was last week and the person disappeared from the conversation. You've got a bug in the router that another person also confirmed. Please look into this.
