Add "devices not currently connected"
How do I add my devices in the "devices not currently connected" to my Allowed List in Access Control ? These devices are connected to my RS700S but I cannot get them added to my Allowed list. Than...
What brand and model are these devices?
I am trying to get netgear RS700S to allow my devices to be seen in the "Allowed" list in Access Control. I cannot find a way to move my devices from the "not currently connected" list to the Allowed list....even though they are connected to the RS700S. I attached a screenshot. od the devices I am trying to move to the Allowed list.
The reason for this section on the routers web page is that the router had them on the connected list however now seems to know that these devices in this list is no longer actually connected and had been on th allow list. To have them active on the allowed list above, you'll need to connect them so they are active on the router, then the router will show them as being active on the allow list above. If there not connected the the router web page will show them as off line.
So basically, I need to disconnect or sign out from their wireless connection, then sign in again to reconnect my devices to the router?
