Cannot Turn off Smart Connect!
Honestly, about ready to just be done with this RS500 router. Today, it decided to turn on Smart Connect all by itself....we suddenly could not find our network SSIDs. Logged in, found that Smart C...
Nooone else has access. It is just my wife and I and it is secured and we are secluded. The router did it on its own....there is something wrong with it, clearly....it did not just turn on, it is completely locked, cannot be turned off, as I showed in my picture. There is no option to turn it off. That should not be the case.
I have not tried a factory reset yet, as have been hoping to avoid that bc having to redo the whole setup will take hours again.
If you haven't factory reset the router, can you send me the router's config file? I will PM you the instructions. Thanks.
