Cannot Turn off Smart Connect!
Honestly, about ready to just be done with this RS500 router. Today, it decided to turn on Smart Connect all by itself....we suddenly could not find our network SSIDs. Logged in, found that Smart C...
In the end, NG could not help me, had no idea. Looked at logs, etc....agreed it just turned on by itself and did not know why it would not allow anyone to turn it off. Basically useless. I stopped talking to them, and just did a factory reset. Sucked, as I had to re-do all the settings. I tried to load a saved config file but when I did so, SC was back on. So, there was something, some setting, that was forcing that to be on. Did another factory reset and started over.
