Change from nighthawk AX8 AX6600 to nighthawk RS700S WiFi 7

What do I have to do if I want to replace my nighthawk AX8 to a the new WIFI 7. Do I need to contact netgear about the change? This will go to my account and it’s just like a plug and play? Disconnect the old, connect the new and that’s it?

Check that you have wifi clients that can work with WiFi 7. (They are pretty rare.)

    If yes:

    • Buy new router that delivers WiFi 7.
    • Remove old router (that's probably a RAX70, because AX6600 is just a wifi speed).
    • Set up new router to work with your Internet connection.

    If no:

    • Forget it.

    There is no point.

I don’t understand check if I have clients that work with WIFI 7. This is for my home and to get better and faster WiFi speeds. For my Apple TV, Xbox, etc. thank you!

AppleTV nor Xbox support WiFi7. At most, they can do WiFi6 or 5. You cannot magically get "better and faster speeds" if the underlying hardware does not support it just by upgrading the router.
