A minor clarification, like all Netgear routers, the RS700S comes with its own "hard wired" router.Nothing in there that you can control of manage.
Armor is something else. It is a subscription security service that promises all manner of delights. Newer routers come bundled with one year of Armor. After that, open your wallet.
As plemans says, what are you hoping to get out of a firewall?
