I can not change the guest network key
I have gone to the router web site and tried to change the guest network PW.I can add characters to what is there but it will not save the new characters. Any ideas?
I have an extender and was on the route website but did not find a place to change the extenders PW. Can I do it there or have to go someplace else?

Which Netgear device is this? BE9200 is a model number that I recognise.

That would be the RS280. It is not an extender, which is in your subject. It is a router.
So what are you trying to change in this bit?

Perhaps you could go back to the beginning and explain what else is on your network. For example, as the RS280 is a router, it needs something else to connect it to the Internet. What modem/gateway/ONT do you have?
