Lets factory reset the router and setup from scratch now that you have FW updated.
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Is Smart Connect enabled on the router or disabled?
Do you see Protection Engine on the routers web page? if so, disable it and test:

The issue only happens on wireless.
Channel configuration: Auto, 48, Auto (I changed the 5 GHz to 48 as a troubleshooting step; it didn't help)
Yes, Smart Connect is enabled.
No, I don't see Protection Engine
FWIW, I've had this issue on the regular network and the guest network.
I'll try a factory reset and report back.

After the reset and setup from scratch, try setting manual channels 1 and 40.

I've made the changes. It might take a few days to determine their effect. For whatever reason, the lag only happens when I'm in a live video call. Playing a recording of one works fine.
