ALL NG routers support IPv6 WAN AND LAN side. Been like this for years.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Check and see if protection engine feature is seen on the RS web page please.

Despite showing ICMPv6 makes it through to my end device on the wired LAN port, the RS300 blocks all IPv6 packets to any local UDP/TCP port. I believe the real story is that it is meant to work with IPv6 filtering set to open (as opposed to secure), but there is a bug in the firmware preventing proper operation. Rather than fixing the defect, they just state it is not supported on this residential grade router. This is not clearly stated in the product documentation prior to purchase.

And you did confirm having IPv6 with a PC directly connected to the ISP modem with out the RS router?
Testing at the IPv6 testing site:
What PC OS platform are you using?
Which ISP are you connected with?
