Model RS280S

Since upgrading my router I can not access the video from my cameras when away from home. I believe the error is Can not connect

 

When I am at home everything is normal and I see the video from all cameras

 

The recorder is a direct wire to the back of the router

 

Very frustrating . All settings appear to be normal when I log into the router

  • What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    Is Armor or Protection Engine enabled on the router? 

     

    Make contact with the camera Mfr for help and information regarding there products.
