Need help with RS90 setup

I have tried to set up this device for like 3 hrs last night. I followed this specific yt video (link below). But nothing has been working. I get to the part where I can find the Netgear Internet and I use the Netgear app (android) to setup. But when I put in the password all it says is that it's the incorrect password. Any help would be appreciated.

Additional details:

Bought used on Amazon 

Have Xfinity wifi and had followed this video.

    Do a reset and try the setup again.

     

    1. On the back of the router, locate the Reset button.
    2. Using a straightened paper clip, press and hold the Reset button for at least 10
      seconds.
    3. Release the Reset button.


    The Power LED starts blinking. When the reset is complete, the router restarts. This
    process takes about two minutes

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

    Be sure to power OFF the ISP modem or ONT for 1 minute then back ON. 

     

    Can walk thru the setup wizard on the RS router using a wired PC and web browser:

    Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home if your using the Nighthawk app:
