Please Let Me Re-Phrase my Question: A "2.4ghz Guest WiFi" Network has setting options that can limit access to internet only by "NOT" checking box "Allow guests to see each other and access my local network" All I am want to do is the same to the primary 2.4ghz Primary WiFi - Thus only having "one" 2.4ghz wifi signal instead of two if "Guest" network was enabled. Basically I want the primary 2.4 ghz WiFi network on my RS70 Router to act like a guest network with internet only access and avoid having (2) strong 2.4ghz radio signals competing with each other... Sorry for the confusion - Respectfully, Blaze.

Competing in what way?
Forget about "solutions" that may not exist. Go back to the problem you want to fix.
What symptom do you see that leads you to think that the two 2.4 Ghz radio signals are in conflict?
A lot what happens on WiFi networks is down to the WiFi clients. The router just puffs out radio signals. The clients then decide which signal allows a connection and works best for them.
