As Always - Will Figure Out On My Own...
My thoughts that came up with this question: Since I only needed a 2.4ghz WiFi Guest network setup for connecting ioT smart switches and friends and family aka guests that connect to that Wifi, it seemed strange to me that the "unused" 2.4ghz primary would be active for no reason except to enable the quest network feature. Guest Networks cannot work/enable without primary enabled.
Was Hoping For More Experienced Than Me Solutions - Seems Like All Guessing vs Direction... LOL
