Trial period gets enabled by the NH app. Something you can disable on the NH app from the Settings menu there, and disable Armor.
I don't think PE is causing garbage pages as it's blocking items from the WAN side, not the LAN side or scans items on the LAN side.
Try disabling Armor. I believe there has been posts about this feature causing issues with some printers.
