I'm not even going to try to argue with that. My impression of tier 1 support has always been pretty atrocious. So sorry you got that.
Maybe we can fix/help on here though
- what actual issue are you having?
- what's going on with the routers?
- what are the led's doing?
- what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
