Hello!

 

Regarding "WiFi region supports EU, AS/NZ, HK, and UAE" , how does one manually select the region? Or is it automatic? Currently Canada is displayed on my router settings and it is greyed out, so I cannot make any manual selection of the REGION setting

What browser are you using? 
Has a power OFF of the RS for 1 minute along with the ISP modem/ONT then back ON make a change?
