If you don't see it via Auto Update, then manually load it. Reason why there is the FW file. 

NG may not be auto pushing this one.

Ridiculous. Should not have to do that and needs to be rolled out via Nighthawk app.

      If I did manually update, can I do it over WiFi? Or does it have to be ethernet?

        If you have a good wifi connection and close to the router, yes.
