Are you supposed to be seeing 5Gb both UP and Down?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What brand and model# ethernet adapter are you using that's connected to the back of the RS?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

Check to see if the CAT6 cable is UTP or STP.
How far is the ONT from the RS?

i have both types of cat 6 does the same with both, ONT to RS give or take 75 to 80 feet, Frontier tech was here yesterday he tested the CAT 6 coming from ONT to RS with a meter and he said he was getting 5 gigs up and down, only markings on ONT,

oK.
I presume this is your ONT unit?

Being that far, might check into some CAT6A STP cabling to ensure good signal between the ONT and the RS.
Let us know if the suggestions mentioned change anything.

Didn't see you mention it, but can you check if QoS is enabled, and if it is, can you disable it and try a speedtest again? Might be worth it to try the speedtest from the QoS page itself (after you disable it) before trying it on your end.

that feature is disabled.
Thank you

And have you tried a speedtest on that page? Are the results similar to what you had before?
Edit: The speedtest on the QoS page might only be on the web browser version of the router.
