Yeah, after the app wouldn't allow me to connect, I was looking thru the online manual and started to to do the manual internet connecting process via web browser but the webpage you have to go to wouldn't allow me to log in.

What browser? What message did is show?

Tried Google and Safari, also on Incognito. Spent almost 3hrs going back and forth with the Support Chat. Went thru it multiple times, seems like the Firmware is old but couldn't get it to upload the new firmware.....They couldn't get it to work either. It has been a mess. Now the Chat person gave up and someone is supposed to call me. The last router I installed took me about 15mins. This one has been brutal
