These things usually track back to the devices that are trying to connect to your router. All that the router does it to push out wifi and Ethernet connections. Everything else then pick up the baton.
You laid down what you see, but there isn't enough detail in there to allow diagnosis of likely problems.
You could start by providing a few more details of how the Honeywell kit is supposed to work, and what you have done to ask them for help.
What is this Honeywell RED Link Gateway? The "gateway" word often means something that is a router in its own right. If so, it is not surprising that other routers have a hard time on your network.
The issues with the R7000 should have been a red flag. If that couldn't work, there was a good chance that other things would have problems.
