* When the Port Forwarding rule is disabled

I was just losing my mind trying to figure out what was wrong with my server, what a huge oversight. Can I get the new firmware as well?
Thank you,

Hello,
I have a similar issue that is happening with a NVR server for local use as well as a security team for after business hours that would monitor remotely. The firmware addressed the port forwarding issue but now when the remote users access the Live video feed it is very choppy, losses connection, or buffers continuously. After the firmware was installed I did a factory reset and reconfigured as well, any tips for this?
I also have tried other Netgear Wi-Fi routers with no issues on that hardware.
Thanks,
