Possible to Setup Failover with RS700

Is it possible to set up an automatic Internet failover (LTE or cable) for the RS700? I understand this would require an adapter or additional device since the RS700 is, itself, not dual or multi WAN...

I am looking at using a TP-Link ER707-M2 multi-WAN router for the failover (and maybe load balancing) capability only, with the RS700 remaining as the primary router. While I play around with networking, I have to admit I really don't know what I am doing. Is there any reason this should not work? If it may likely work, could someone give me simple instructions for setting it up or point me toward a place where I might find such instructions? Is it as simple as setting one of the LAW/WAN ports on the TP-Link ER707-M2 to WAN, plugging in the two ISP's to the TP-Link ER707-M2, and then connecting a cable from a LAN port on the TP-Link ER707-M2 to the WAN port on the RS700?
